You can be granted another User Role as follows:

  • You need to be logged in.
  • You need to find another user who has the User Editor role.
  • Send an email to the User Administrator's email address (as held on Listpoint) explaining what User Roles you want and why. The change can be made by them through the website in seconds.
  • Alternatively, you can [contact the Helpdesk] who will find a User Administrator for you.
