How to request a new password

You can request a new password if you have forgotten it as follows:

  • On the Main Menu (on the left) select Login. The Login page will be displayed:

  • Select the I have forgotten my password link. The Forgotten Your Password dialog is displayed:

  • Enter your User Name and press Submit. The JoinedUpSystems website will generate a new password and send it by email to your registered email address.
